Nowory Deals – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Nowory Deals (“Deals”), a promotional feature within the Nowory platform that enables eligible users to purchase selected crypto assets at discounted prices.
By participating in any Deal, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with Nowory’s User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. Please read these Terms carefully before joining a Deal.
Eligibility
Account Requirement – Only users with an active and KYC-verified account may participate in Deals.
KYC & AML Compliance – Users must complete all required Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verifications before accessing Deals.
Geographic Restrictions – Participation is only available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is permitted. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
Age Requirement – You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate.
The INR commitment is mandatory for all Deal participants. Other activities like deposits, trading, or Nowory11 subscriptions may be optional or combined quests.
