Nowory's Risk Disclosure Statement

These terms and conditions are valid with effect from 5th September 2025

1. No Legal Tender & Regulatory Status

Cryptocurrencies / Virtual Digital Assets (“VDAs”) are not legal tender in India. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cautioned the public about the risks associated with dealing in VDAs. Nowory does not guarantee regulatory approval of its services. Regulatory actions by RBI, SEBI, Income Tax Department, FIU-IND, or any other authority may affect your access to or use of Nowory. Users must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Income Tax Act, 1961 (including Section 115BBH for VDA taxation), Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA), and Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA).

2. Investment & Trading Risks

Trading and investing in VDAs involves a high degree of risk and is subject to price volatility. Prices may fluctuate sharply and could even fall to zero. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose your entire investment. Nowory does not provide investment, tax, financial, or legal advice. Any tools, reports, or insights provided are for informational purposes only. Products such as the Nowory11, Trade, Launchdrop, Launchpad and Rewards are not guaranteed and may be affected by market, operational, or regulatory risks.

3. Technology & Security Risks

Digital Assets are subject to risks including but not limited to hacks, cyberattacks, phishing, fraud, protocol failures, software bugs, and blockchain vulnerabilities (including forks and 51% attacks). Nowory will take reasonable security measures but does not guarantee protection against all risks. Service interruptions, downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may affect access to your assets.

4. Regulatory & Legal Risks

The legal and regulatory framework for VDAs in India is evolving. Government or regulators may impose restrictions, bans, or obligations that could affect Nowory’s services. Users are solely responsible for declaring, reporting, and paying applicable taxes, duties, and levies on their Digital Asset transactions. Nowory may be required to share user data, transaction history, or other details with Indian authorities under applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nowory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nowory makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided. Users acknowledge and agree that they use the Platform at their own risk.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nowory, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your: Use of the Platform,Violation of applicable Indian laws, or Breach of this Disclosure or Nowory’s Terms of Use.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Disclosure and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Kanpur Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Users agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation, failing which disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

By using Nowory, you confirm that you:

  • Are using Nowory’s services at your own discretion and sole responsibility..

Nowory, along with its affiliates and employees, shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your use of the Platform.
